For service business owners with a good team, who still feel like the whole business is on them

It doesn't have to be all on your shoulders anymore.

Simplified OS is where you and two of your key people train AI employees on the way your business already works, so the hours you spend copying, pasting, and chasing come back to you. Brooke and Tricia are beside you every week, and they make sure you build the right thing first.

Yes, I'm ready to start Simplified OS

$3,000 for your guided first month, then $1,500 a month for you and two teammates. It's month to month, with no minimum number of payments.
If you'd rather talk it through first, book a strategy call with our team.

Strategy First. AI Second.
One ordinary Tuesday

On an ordinary Tuesday, every decision you have to make still lands on you.

See if this Tuesday sounds familiar. It's the day we built Simplified OS for.

Maybe you run a service business that has grown faster than its systems. You have good people around you (or you're about to hire your first), clients who send you referrals without being asked, and a shiny new AI tool you set up after a weekend of YouTube videos, so on paper you're doing everything right (your accountant certainly thinks so).

A laptop and notebook on a sunny deck overlooking a turquoise oceanA beautiful setup still needs someone who knows where the business is headed.
7:40 AM

The posts that changed nothing

At twenty to eight, while the kids hunt for a permission slip that was definitely on the fridge yesterday, you open the five social posts your AI tool drafted overnight. They're good, honestly better than what you would have written at nine o'clock last night, and you schedule all of them before the school run. The good feeling lasts until about nine, because nothing in those posts touches the thing that is actually slowing your business down, and you don't have a name for that thing yet.

10:15 AM

The renewal that waited three days

Jess, your office manager, sends a message she has sent before: "Do you want me to send the Hendersons' renewal, or wait for you?" The renewal has been sitting in Jess's drafts since Friday, because you raised your prices in August and the new number lives in exactly two places, your head and one email to your accountant. Jess isn't being timid, she's being careful, and she's right to be, because the last time she guessed, she guessed low.

12:45 PM

The proposal that was perfectly wrong

After lunch you ask your AI to draft a proposal for a new client, and it writes a lovely one that is warm, well organized, and priced for the small one-off projects you decided two years ago to stop taking. The AI didn't really make a mistake. It did precisely what it was told by someone who never told it where the business was going.

1:30 PM

The meeting where everyone looks at you

The weekly team meeting is supposed to take thirty minutes. Each person gives a thoughtful update, and each update ends the same polite way, with "so what would you like us to do?" You answer seven questions in forty-five minutes and walk out with eleven new to-dos, including two you assigned to yourself while you were talking. It's a bit like owning a beautiful boat with a capable team aboard where only one person is allowed to touch the wheel, so the boat goes exactly as far as you can stay at the helm.

3:00 PM

The pickup line

In the school pickup line your phone buzzes twice, once from a client and once from Jess asking, very kindly, whether the renewal can go out tomorrow. Your daughter climbs in halfway through a story about a substitute teacher who mispronounced every single name on the roll, and you realize you heard the beginning and the end and missed the entire middle.

The part you can't see from inside the day

If someone asked you, you'd probably put it the way our members do, which is that it's all on you. That isn't really a time problem, and it isn't a tool problem either, because you already have a good team and a fast AI. What you don't have is the business written down: where it's going this quarter, what it charges and why, what good work looks like, and who gets to decide what. So even after hiring a team, they wait on you, and the faster your AI gets, the faster it heads in whatever direction you forgot to point it.

If you caught yourself nodding at the renewal sitting in drafts or the meeting where every update ends with a question for you, Simplified OS is built for exactly that Tuesday.

Yes, I'm ready to stop carrying it all myself
Here's what most AI advice skips

More AI won't fix it, because tools were never the real problem.

Brooke · the systems half

You automated the wrong thing first.

When AI employees first showed up, the very first one I built wrote my blog. It worked beautifully, it was satisfying to finish, and it did absolutely nothing for my business, because a blog was never what was holding us back. AI is an accelerant, not a diagnostician. It will take you wherever you point it, very quickly, and it has no opinion about whether that's the right place to go. When you point it at the fun thing from a YouTube video, you get the feeling of progress while the real problem sits exactly where it was. On that Tuesday, the real problem was never social posts. It was a pricing decision that only lived in your head, and a team with no written answer to the question "what would the owner do here."

Tricia · the leadership half

The direction only lives in your head.

I'm usually the one who asks the uncomfortable question on our calls. When a member was working out a new offer, he walked me through his whole background, and I asked him what problem he was really going to go after and help people solve, because people pay when you solve a problem they already have. Most owners think they have a marketing problem, when what they actually have is a mission problem. The team keeps producing good work that's slightly off course, you keep gently redirecting, and it holds for about a week, because the leadership layer and the operations layer have drifted apart. AI makes that drift faster, not smaller, which is why the leadership work comes first.

The prompt was never the product.

People watch us run True North on AI and ask for the prompt, or ask whether they can just buy the agent. We'd hand it over happily, but it wouldn't help, because the prompt was never the product. What changes a business is knowing what to build first, writing the business down so an AI (and your next hire) can work from it, and doing the leadership work so decisions stop boomeranging back to you. That's why our line has always been Strategy First. AI Second.

If nothing changes

Next October looks a lot like this one, just with faster tools.

You'll have more drafts, more posts, and more automations by then, and the renewal will still wait for you, the proposal will still be priced for a business you stopped running, and the Tuesday meeting will still end with everyone looking at you. Your margin keeps shrinking every time you hire, because each new person is one more good person waiting on you for an answer only you have. And the reason you started the business in the first place, the freedom and the family time it was supposed to buy, keeps getting whatever is left at the end of the day.

More AI won't fix that on its own. A business that's written down, pointed in a clear direction, and handed to people and AI employees who can carry it will.

Your Tuesday, six months from now

Now imagine when the decisions have somewhere to go besides you.

7:40 AM

The permission slip is still missing (some things no system will ever fix), but you aren't reading social posts before breakfast anymore. You're reading a one-page snapshot of your week that one of your AI employees put together overnight, and the only line on it that needs you is a single yes on a client renewal, which takes you about a minute.

10:15 AM

Jess sent the Hendersons' renewal on Friday, at the new price, without asking, because the price, the reason for it, and the way you like it explained are written down in the business's knowledge base where Jess and every AI employee can find them. Jess drafted the next two as well, and she's a little proud of that (she should be).

12:45 PM

The new proposal comes back priced for the work you actually want, because the AI that drafted it read the same knowledge base and knows which projects you turn away on purpose. You change one sentence and send it.

1:30 PM

The team meeting runs twenty-five minutes. People bring you decisions to approve instead of problems to solve, because they know the one focus for this quarter and they can test their own ideas against it before they ever reach you.

3:00 PM

In the pickup line your phone stays face down in the cup holder, and you hear the whole substitute teacher story, including the middle, which was the best part all along.

You still run your business, and you still make the calls that only an owner should make. You just aren't the place every other decision goes to wait.

If the phone face down in the cup holder is the Tuesday you've been wanting, your first 30 days are where we start building it together.

Brooke Elder
Co-founder · Systems and AI

Brooke Elder

I'm Brooke, and I lead the systems and AI side of Simplified OS. I started my first business in 2008 and sold it in 2015 for ten cents on the dollar, because it had no systems and every decision I had to make sat with me. In the next business I kept hiring, because that's what everyone said growth looked like, and I watched the profit shrink as the team grew to 27 people. My husband asked the question that changed everything, which was why I was automating with people instead of systems. I rebuilt the business on structure instead of headcount, brought the team back to six, and the business held steady enough to keep running through the year my family spent sailing the Caribbean.

I was building bot coaches for clients' retreats back in 2019, and I've put more than 5,000 hours into building with AI since then. I've also made the mistakes first, including a Facebook ads agent that spent $300 in one day on a $50 budget. I didn't fire it, I trained it, and that's the move you'll learn to make with every AI employee you build. In Simplified OS I run the Thursday AI Bridge, where we build live, and I'm with Tricia on your Navigation Call, in the Boardroom, and at your QBR.

Tricia Peterson

I'm Tricia, and I lead the leadership side of Simplified OS, the part most AI talk skips. I'm a neurocoach and organizational psychologist, and I've spent more than a decade studying how leaders run teams of three to twenty, with close to 2,000 hours in the cognitive and behavioral work underneath it. What I've seen again and again is that a business can't grow past the way its owner thinks. So the work starts with your True North, your mission, vision, and values written as a filter your team can actually use when you aren't in the room.

I learned that the hard way. I was collecting certifications, saying yes to every opportunity, and burning out while the whole thing was supposed to be about creating impact, so I moved my family of seven into a 300-square-foot travel trailer and we road-schooled across the country. I still keep a dream box from Hobby Lobby, and the little Eiffel Tower that sat in it for six or seven years just became a trip to Paris for my son's graduation. In Simplified OS I run the Wednesday Boardroom, where you bring your real problem to the room and leave with a decision, and I'm with Brooke on your Navigation Call and at your QBR.

Tricia
How Simplified OS works

Three steps, in the right order, with us beside you the whole way

1

Your first 30 days: build the foundation, guided

You don't get a blank workbook and a login. In month one you build the business brain, a knowledge base that holds your offers, your voice, your prices, your standards, and the decisions you've already made, by talking through a guided interview instead of typing it all out. You get clear on your vision and values so they work as a filter for real decisions, complete your Navigation Plan to find the one constraint holding the business back right now, and stand up your first AI employee on that foundation. Then you and your key people sit down for a live one-hour Navigation Call with Brooke and Tricia that sets where you focus next.

2

Every month after: one lane at a time

Each month you get a personalized 30-day path that tells you which lessons to watch, which calls to join, and which skills to install, so there's never a question of what to work on. You work through the program's systems as your business needs them, from Predictable Pipeline and the Enrollment System to the Cashflow System, the Operations System, Client Delivery, and Delegation. The AI and your team carry most of the build, and you bring the decisions.

3

Every quarter: your QBR (Quarterly Business Review)

Every ninety days you rerun your Navigation Plan, find the thinnest part of the business, and choose the one focus for the next quarter, using the QBR sheet we send you. Then Brooke and Tricia give a whole Boardroom session over to it, so you have somebody to bounce your ideas off before you commit, instead of a worksheet and a "good luck."

A note on the work, because you deserve the truth: this takes effort. It works like a good trainer at the gym, where we hand you the program and spot every rep, and you still do the lifting, which is exactly why it keeps working after we step back.

Crew Academy

Send your AI agents to school.

An AI agent is a lot like a new hire. It shows up fast and eager, and it knows a little about everything, but it doesn't know your business, your clients, or what good work looks like in your company. Without training, it gives you the same flat, middle-of-the-road output everyone else gets.

In Simplified OS, your agents go to Crew Academy. It's the school inside the program where your AI employees learn the skills and frameworks from the SOS Vault, along with your own knowledge base, so they know what good looks like before they ever touch the work. You connect it once, and from then on your agents check what they learned there every time they take on a task.

That's how your agents end up working the True North way instead of guessing. Crew Academy also teaches your people how to direct them, so the training doesn't stop with the AI.

What you get

Everything you need to build it, and the people who'll build it with you

Bootcamp bonus · join by Sunday, Oct 25
Revenue Scout

The AI employee that goes looking for money you've already earned

If you join Simplified OS by Sunday, October 25, Revenue Scout comes with your membership.

Revenue Scout learns your business and looks for the money that's already within reach. It reads what people say on Reddit and X about the problems you solve and the options they're unhappy with, then turns real gaps into moves your business could make. On the first business day of every month it runs a 30-day revenue audit (revenue by offer, failed payments, overdue invoices, leads that never got a follow-up, renewals coming due), and within two days you get a one-page report with the next month's best moves already drafted in your voice. Through the month it brings you the three best moves each week, not thirty.

Nothing goes out, gets spent, or changes price until you say yes, and it only reads your systems. It never posts, replies, or messages anyone on Reddit or X. That renewal that sat in drafts for three days is exactly the kind of thing it's built to catch.
Yes, I want Simplified OS with Revenue Scout
The investment, plainly

One install, then month to month for as long as it's serving you

That covers you and two of your key people, the guided first 30 days, your Navigation Call, three live calls a week, First Mate, the SOS Vault, and the full program. There's no long-term commitment and no minimum number of payments, so you stay because it's working and you can stop when it isn't (with 15 days' notice). We set it up that way because AI changes every quarter, and we'd rather earn you every month than lock you in.

For context, that's less than one month of a mid-level hire, and a mid-level hire can't write down your business, train your AI employees, and sit in a room with your team three times a week. The bigger comparison is another year of Tuesdays like that one, with renewals that wait, proposals priced for the wrong business, and a margin that shrinks every time you hire someone to help.

Is this the right room for you

We'd rather tell you now than three months in

Our members run businesses of very different sizes, and some of them are just getting started. What the ones who thrive have in common is the way they show up, not a revenue number.

A good fit when

  • You'd rather spend a few months building the foundation right than keep patching things on the back end, and you're willing to go slow at first so you can go fast later.
  • You're willing to try things before you feel ready, knowing a messy first attempt is easy to fix and that the room has your back while you learn.
  • You show up to the calls, even on the weeks you haven't built anything, and you bring the real problem you're stuck on instead of the polished version.
  • You can hear a hard question about your offer or your direction and use it, rather than defend the way you've always done things.
  • You want to stay the decision maker, which means reviewing what your AI employees produce and correcting them the way you'd train a new hire.
  • You have someone to build this with, whether that's a partner, a teammate, or the first person you're about to hire, and you want them learning it with you instead of hearing it secondhand.
  • You're as glad to share what's working for you as you are to learn from someone else's win.

Not the right fit yet when

  • You can't set aside a few focused hours a week right now, because your first month asks for real time on your foundation.
  • You want to jump straight to the newest tool and skip the foundation and leadership work, which is the pattern that leaves people with a dozen half-finished chats and nothing that actually runs.
  • You want someone to take the thinking off your hands entirely.
  • You aren't willing to connect your business tools and information to AI at all, or the person with the final say in your business has already said no to AI.
  • You plan to keep every piece of the work on your own plate, with no interest in handing any of it to people or AI employees.

None of this depends on how big your business is today. If you aren't sure where you land, book a strategy call and we'll tell you honestly.

The questions owners actually ask

Questions, answered plainly

Is this done for me?

No, it's done with you. We hand you the exact path and spot every step, First Mate and the AI do most of the heavy lifting, and you bring the decisions. That's what lets it keep running after we step back.

I don't have time for another program. Will this add to my plate?

Month one is guided, and most of the build is carried by the AI and your two teammates, not by you alone. Owners find the time because work starts leaving their plate inside the first 30 days.

Will my team actually use this?

Your two key people come into every live room with you and learn directly from us, so they aren't relying on your retelling. You can add the rest of the team as you grow.

Is the AI part going to be over my head?

We start with the thinking, not the tools, and each tool gets introduced at the moment you need it. First Mate is there around the clock when you're stuck between calls.

Couldn't I just do this myself with ChatGPT or Claude?

You could try, and most owners who do tell us the tool was never the hard part. Knowing what to build first, and writing down the business so the AI works from the truth instead of a guess, is the part you're paying for.

How long until I see a difference?

The foundation gets built in your first month, and owners usually feel work leaving their plate in that window. The deeper change compounds over the following months, and we're honest that this is not a 90-day promise.

What if my business is different?

The method works for virtual service, brick-and-mortar service, and product businesses. The order you install things in is built around your own Navigation Plan, so the plan fits the business you actually have.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The monthly membership has no minimum number of payments, and you can cancel anytime with 15 days' notice. You'll sign a member agreement when you join that covers how we work together. The $3,000 start fee is non-refundable.

Do I pay for my own AI tools?

Yes. Members pay for their own AI tool subscriptions, and we introduce each tool when you need it, so you're not paying for anything before you use it.

How do I get Revenue Scout?

Join by Sunday, October 25, and it comes with your membership.

A short note from Brooke

You don't need another tool, and you definitely don't need to work harder.

Brooke: You already work plenty hard. What you need is the business written down and handed to people and AI employees who can carry it, so the next decision doesn't have to sit in someone's drafts waiting for you.

Tricia: And you need it pointed in a direction you chose on purpose, so your team can make good calls without you in the room. That's what we build with you in Simplified OS, starting with your first 30 days.

P.S. Somewhere in a shared drive right now there's probably a renewal, a proposal, or a price that only you know how to finish. If you join by Sunday, October 25, Revenue Scout comes with your membership, and its very first monthly audit goes looking for exactly that kind of money.
